WHAT IS HORIZON COMMUNICATIONS ... ???
Horizon Communications is a high-speed Internet service provider that utilizes Blockchain technology, and is the first in the world. BLOCKCHAIN is the future of finance and data. WIRELESS is the future of communication. Horizon Communications will be a high-speed Internet Service Provider (ISP), based in Bermuda and serving the Caribbean. We will use LTE fixed wireless for last mile delivery to end users. Our services include internet speeds up to 150 Mbps in 2018 and 300 Mbps and faster by the end of 2018 / 2019. In addition to high-speed Internet services, we will provide High Definition TV services as well as VoIP Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) services..This wireless network infrastructure will be delivered via software designed specifically for radio systems that use the LTE-Advanced 4G standard (Release 13). After completing a successful capital increase, Horizon is scheduled to launch our business in Bermuda in mid to late 2018. Using the same technology, we will expand into the Caribbean and other Central American countries. It is expected that Horizon will be able to reach about 95% of Bermuda homes and businesses with only a handful of towers. Marine off beach coverage will reach 15 Miles from the beach. Horizon targets entering the Bermuda market within 5 months after capital injection.Thus, Horizon projected to capture at least 15% of the Bermuda market within 4 to 5 years from its inception.

SUMMARY OF HORIZON COMMUNICATIONS TECHNOLOGY
The current 4G LTE-Advanced equipment will be capable of delivering speeds of up to 300 Mbps per client by utilizing outdoor antennas and fixed client premise equipment. In the future, when customer premise equipment is available faster, speeds up to 1 Gbps per client will be possible. LTE technology provides software upgrade options to update LTE to the latest 4G and pre-5G standards without major hardware upgrades to the network. Our network will continue to be compatible with older 4G LTE equipment, even as we move towards LTE 5G.
Horizon will also use a self-healing combination of microwave technology and wireless fiber to provide high speed, very low latency transport between our communication towers. Wireless technology includes 2 Gbps licensed links both lines and also 10 Gbps millimeter microwave (MMW) to direct the communication system to build a resilient mesh network topology. When available, the fiber will be used as a 3-layer failover backbone. It is our goal to build and maintain a wireless network with the highest reliability that will surpass traditional networking or freeze advantages, while maintaining the ability to expand our network without the need to install wires or cables across for miles.

LTE-Advanced, Rel-13 supports Advanced Antenna Systems (AAS), including beamforming, Multi-Input Multi-Output (MIMO) and Self-Organizing Network (SON), enhanced signals to support inter-site Coordinated Multi-Point Transmission & Acceptance (CoMP), the addition of Carrier Agregation (CA) to support up to 32 component carriers and Dual Connectivity (DC) enhancements to support multi-vendor deployment with better fast steering.
